The School’s founding partners are Harper Adams University, Morrisons, NFU and McDonald’s. Each have an equal voice and act with transparency and commitment to support the industry in reaching its net zero ambitions. We want to equip farmers with the skills and knowledge to reach net zero, bringing this to life through training with trusted advisors. The School will be a central hub for farmers to share their understanding on sustainable farming, linking with the next generation. C Power and heating are generated via biomass, solar panels and distributed across the campus via an extensive underground system. Cross-campus recycling, a reusable cup scheme, and our SU’s efforts to eradicate single-use plastic in its bar all help us to enjoy environmentally friendly meals and snacks Food miles are reduced by serving produce obtained from either our farm or from local suppliers.
