Students complete a full-year of work placement, as well as working on real-life examples and projects during their studies. Many REALM and RPM students use the placement year to complete year one of the APC process (more details on next page). If you do this, you will have to complete just one more year in practice after graduation to potentially qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.
