With a mix of academic and practical learning, you’ll experiment in the kitchens of our Food Academy, as well as sink your teeth into projects and activities that see you working with successful food businesses. You’ll then head out into your transformative placement year, where you can experience the real-world application of all you’ve been taught – and pick up extra skills along the way.
