Adjoined to the FA is the: Our specialist food courses prepare students for careers in the food industry, which is the UK’s largest manufacturing sector, with a turnover in excess of £75 billion and employing almost 500,000 people, of which some 20 per cent are graduate level employees. Within the FA, students have access to a wide variety of food processing facilities including development kitchens, cheese production and brewing rooms, and sensory evaluation facilities.
