Living off campus? Living on campus isn’t for everyone, so we can always help you find your perfect home in our nearby towns and villages – Newport, Edgmond, Adeney and Tibberton to name a few. You’ll always have plenty to choose from, whether it’s four-to-five-bedroom houses, or small flats/lodgings – and you can see them all during our annual housing forum! Your accomodation offer We usuallymake your accommodation offer aroundAugust, once places have been confirmed post results day, andwill always prioritise giving you one of your top three choices – so keep a beady eye on your emails come summertime. There is a £300 deposit payable once your offer has been accepted but we’ll refund this to you at the end of the year as long as there are no outstanding charges or damages. Nomatter what kind of accommodation you choose, we include cleaning, utilities, room insurance and on-campus parkingwithin the pricing – so you don’t need toworry about those either!
